Healthy Snickers Bars With Dates

– ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut – ½ cup cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons coconut oil – Pinch of sea salt

1. Line a 9x5 inch baking dish with parchment paper. 2. In a food processor, combine the dates, peanut butter, and peanuts. Process until smooth and sticky. 3. Press the date mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

4. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder and sea salt until smooth. 5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the date layer.

6. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the chocolate layer. 7. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set. 8. Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
